Creating a shared vision for health, housing and social care

Housing plays a central role in offering vulnerable people and those with complex needs the independence that enhances life opportunities. This conference will explore how housing, health and social care can work together to deliver housing and health options for the future, to lessen the pressure on services and deliver positive outcomes.
