A half-day learning and networking seminar which looks to explore key topics surrounding fire safety, including the work streams taking place post Grenfell, the current legal and regulatory position, practical solutions and changing practice, behaviours and cultures and how to engage residents in fire safety.
Guest speakers will be announced over the coming weeks.

Fire safety in housing training
We are also holding a one day fire safety in housing training course in Coventry on 12 October 2018. During the course of the day you will learn about:
- Legalities and the key findings from the Hackitt Report summarised
- Prevention of fire
- Protection from fire
- Building design
- Management systems and ongoing control
- Actions in the event of a fire
This course is suitable for housing officers and managers, tenant liaison officers, fire safety or technical inspectors and other staff who are responsible for housing stock.
